Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing high mast panel,dismantling, and taking down laltern carriage of high mast assembly and open up for examination of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling and servicing complete lifting and lowering system and check the all mechanism assembly housed in a chasis, pulley ,flexible marine grade stainless steel wire rope ,trailing cable ,lubricating in bearings,cable connection ,power tools, feeder piller box to make the High mast light fully functional and reassembling all mechanism complete and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The cost of replacement of items / spare such as bearing,foundation nuts,bolts, washer,fresh grease,pulley,chain,belt shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high mast lightfittings etc should be deemedto be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply & Fixing Mechanical handle of existing specifications & make for High Mast Light complete with nut,bolt,washer etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charger

Supply and fixing in replacement flexible marine grade stainless steel wire rope grade (304 or 316) without any intermediate joints,of size 7/19 breaking capacity of rope is 2350 Kg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Intelligent,flexible & smart outdoor lighting control unit for automatic switch ON at dusk automatic switching OFF at down with astronomical time switch, high voltage & low voltage protection , 3 pole/230 V for 12 KW load equally distributed over 3 phases. minimumIP-54 degree of protection complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 50Sqm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewinding of electrical motor of capacity upto 2.5/3.0 HP after dismantling all electrical and mechanical connection from High Mast light with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge including insulation and varnishing testing and commissioning complete all as directed and as specified.

S&F in repair electrical motor of capacity 3.0 HP/2.2 KW three phase motor 1400 RPM 4 pole complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for erecting in true vertial position steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 mtr long, type 410 SP-31 with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified, painted internally throughout and externally upto enbedded depth with two coats of black bituminous paint and remaining external portion painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50m high from ground level and numbering the pole (with black & white paint) complete all as directed adn as specified. Note: Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured separately under approprite item(s) of this BOQ.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRP junction box of internal size 250X200X105and External 295 x255X120 mm having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 20X4 mm fixed on epoxy insulators with MCB SP 6 Amps , fixed on the pole with clamps, nut, bolts etc. complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for GI light grade 40mm bore pipe from top of PCC coping upto juction box complete fixed on street light poles with two No MS clams made out 50x5mm flat with suitable nut, bolt and washers complete complete all as directed and as specified.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor cable, flat, served with inner sheating of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection of size 6.00 Sqm for providing electrical connections to existing security/street lights complete all as directed and specified.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as directed and as specified.

All as per serial item No. 19 here-in-before but depth exeeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceding 1.5 mtr depth but n. exc 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as directed and as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 high above the starting point complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Punned depth shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old paint from, High Mast / Street Light pole any shape/ size preparation of surface of surface and applyign two coat of synthetic enamel paint and writing pole Nos. on pole of size/colour all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 protection complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for laying and testing XLPE Insulated, armoured heaving duty electric cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed and as specified.

All as per serial item No. 30.00 herein-before but cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for street light fitting bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers complete complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fixing junction box out door type of external dimensions 250 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm, single door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated, 3 phase and neutral bus bar including connecting the incoming/out going cables with nuts, bolts etc complete. all as directed and specified.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing LT Feeder Piller Box outdoor,double door cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz and CPRI approved factory fabricated powder coating having thickness not less than 100 microns provided withprovided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof including danger notice board ,pcc 1:2:4 type B-1 as in foundation ,incoming ( I/C ) and outgoing (O/G) cable connection and general construction confirming to IS- IS: IEC-61439 Part-I & II comprising of the following:-OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCAsteel sheet,factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air U type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell compkletely vermin proof the bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with gland provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safety shall be made the degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54 INNER SHELL:Inner Shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear ,the inner shell completly vermin proof & to accomodate incommer/outgoing MCCB and TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB.

Supply,installing,commissioning and testing LT panel board outdoor type, cubical type made out CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust and vermin proof and angle iron of suitable size, pedestal flame grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 20 mm graded stone aggregated thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Panel should covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete with 200 Amp rated aluminum bus bar of of suitable size,(in separate chamber) including painting with two coats synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and consisting of the following:- (a) MCCB 63 Amp , 4 pole-01 Each (01 I/coming) (b)MCB DP 40Amp -02 Each (c) Digital Amp meter (0.250)-01Each (d) Digital Volt meter (0-500) -01 Each (e) RYB Indicator-01 Set (f) Timer switch Note: Drawing of LT Pannel board shall be approved by GE.
