Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry/ stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing ,washing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 04 here in before but except stone (serviceable stone shall be used as obtained from serial item No 01 here in before ) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC (1:3:6) , type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stones set in cement mortar (1:6 ) , complete , all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) type B pipe single socketed, in any length laid in retaining wall/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boulder or broken stone hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls and raising to be required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) ,type C-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate as in coping etc. to wall including necessary formwork , complete , all as specified and directed.

Raking out cement mortar joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course, surface channels, roofs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ,complete , all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

M &L for pre-cast cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) , using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC Jafri/jalli any size or type ,complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete jallies , type B-0, (1:2:4) mix using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (Measured solid) set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete , all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) , on faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth , without using extra cement ,complete , all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or any type ,complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceedings 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soils, complete , all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 ,complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc. of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered/pointed surfaces, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth ,complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) ,complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick ,over and including 15 mm thick screed bed laid in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm well graded stone aggregate), as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels, including forming joints at 2 metre intervals and filled with bitumen mastics, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in flooring etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate) type C-1 ,in walls 10 cm thick and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured , rubber moulded , interlocking designer paver blocks( double glossy) in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand , complete, all as specified and as directed .

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x25 mm thick/20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry ,over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), over new or existing sub-base in floors etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast Reinforced cement concrete as in landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar ,complete , all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) , type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested ,complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm internal dia reinforced concerete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed, complete with collars and jointed, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of 110 mm bore PVC pipe, jointed in any mortar mortar , complete all ,as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 75 mm bore PVC pipe, jointed in any mortar mortar , complete all ,as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR), type A pipe, single socket, in any length with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls, with MS clamp, complete all as specified and directed.
