Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Ser item No 1.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing box type steel windows / ventilator (factory made) outer frame made out of ERW tube 'P' section 65 X 45 X 25 mm and shutter of ERW tube 'P' section 50mm X 35mm X 20mm openable (double shutter) with glazed shutter on external side and gauzed shutter on internal side including steel pintel hinges steel handle 100 mm long mild steel tower bolt 02 no's on each shutter stopper of 'Z' section and its locking arrangement and mild steel hook and eyes suitable for fixing cooler / AC window complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawings No CEPZTD-324/07 Sh 1/3 to 3/3. Notes: - The quoted rates shall also include: - (i) One shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed surface and one coat of tar on the ends of steel surface in contact with bricks / concrete surface. (ii) 4 no's MS steel lugs made of 20 X 5 mm Iron flat 200 mm long. (iii) 10 mm Sq Bar grill / guard bar design as per drawing. (iv) PCC block for embedding lugs.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating galvalume iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for structural steel works of Fe-410W (Grade 'E' 250) quality 'A', as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate / red oxide primer paint (including preparation of surface) before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plates (plain or chequered channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30cm long, diameter of neck 16mm to 20mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - Conforming to IS.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fasts, benching, coping apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Form work required for these item included in the unit rate of this item.

Dismantling boarding any description including frame work fixed in any position with nail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4mm thick of size 605 X 605 mm, white pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board for false ceiling conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336:1993 as per specification under mentioned: - (i) GI section frame work (Powder coated) for white, pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board consisting of perimeter wall angle 19mm X 19mm X 0.45mm, cross 'Tee' 28.6mm (web) X 24mm flange. 33mm thick powdered coated main tee 38 (Web) X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick. Wall angle screwed fixed to brick wall / partition wall / concrete / RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm centre to centre, then suspending GI main 'Tee' in both directions by means of hangers with alignment @ 1220mm centre to centre to soffits. To from grid of 610 X 610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm centre to centre in both directions. Suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed / surface mounting light fittings if any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting and derooting of tree, shrubs on wall, ceiling, roof, adjacent to pipes at corner etc upto three storey and making good with PCC (1:2:4) including finishing the surface to match the existing shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches, etc including PCC benching / coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 16.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) in type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, as in lintel band complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape and tying with annealed mild steel wire 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 20.00 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in binders, stirrups, spacer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron 100mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber joint fixed to wall or laid in trenches or in floor with steel clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Plaster work may be in patches upto triple storey.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto height of four storey building complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (including all necessary scaffolding, lifting arrangement for external surfaces).

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of wall (plastered or unplastered) and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of oil bound distemper of wall to old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
