Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stay complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement, testing and commissioning of switches air break, gang operated for 11000 Volts, triple pole, mechanically operated, vertical mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism and galvanised iron operating rod, worked from ground level, consisting HT insulators as per ISS/ BSS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetising current of TF’s for current rating upto 400 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors of any size and any description from any heights/ poles or any location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply Over head, aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, weasel, including making connections and fixing on poles with all necessary arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged galvanised steel wire with new galvanised steel wire of 3.15/4mm dia, as earth continuity conductor or as cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guard wire, on poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, size 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, conforming to IS: 7321- 1931, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, size 75mm height, 90mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including two galvanised mild steel straps, two galvanised iron bolt, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, conforming to IS: 7321- 1931, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, conforming to IS: 7321- 1931, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, 3- core earthed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, 3 core earth,ed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, 3 core earthed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stay assembly with new stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 16mm, including stay strand of galvanised iron wire pf 7/4mm, loop type insulator and stay clamps (excavation and concrete measured separately), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, suitable for 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Dropout fuse unit, complete set for 11 KV HT, outdoor type, capacity 200 Amps, including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing, commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in replacement MCCBs 415 Volt 4 pole adjustable type with breaking capacity 30 KA 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : Legrand/Havells/L&T.

S & F in replacement MCCBs 415 Volt 4 pole adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA 325 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : Legrand/Havells/L&T.

M&L for preperation by scrubbing for smooth finish of Pole of any height and painting with alluminium paint one under coat and one finishing coat (two coats) of silver colour and marking with reflected tape of 2" width at an height of 1.5 Mtr from the coping of the pole complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
