Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification including carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in:Foundation and plinth and wall etc. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(B).columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(C). Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(D).Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platformincluding enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(f). Edges of slab, chajjas etc. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, fecia ,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying tor steel(Tata/Sail/RINL/Shyam steel make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) upto all height 1st Class Bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and heights. 1st class bricks.

Providing Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor all height using first class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated Particle board board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing stainless steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading and U of aluminium including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment). including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc., complete: including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) a) 250X16 mm

6mm (Six milimetre) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement is to four Sand) in all floor level. The rate isincluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick Mat Finish heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600mmx600mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid with spacers laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing Digital wall tiles 10 mm thick , of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, hollow section, tubular section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works .including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC(D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints withapproved adhesive complete. 110mm dia pipes including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts
