Schedule 'A' Part - I : Design, Supply and erection of Pre-Engineered building steel structure for Training Shed of size and diemension as shown on drawings with trapezoidal profile pre-painted Galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick, RCC in foundation, foundation of outer wall of shed, dwarf wall for open platform, anchor bolt in the base and bed plates, PCC flooring, solid PCC block masonary in side walls upto 1.00m height from floor finish, plastering in cement mortar, Plinth protection, manholes surrouding of structure (12 Nos) including UPVC pipe 300mm dia connecting manhole to manhole with PCC bed abd haunching against the sides including necessary earthwork, weather proof exterior emulsion paint with putty over walls (inside and outside), epoxy coated paints to structural steel surface etc, complete in all respect as specified and as per manufacturer technical instructions and as shown on drawings

Schedule 'A' Part - VI : Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items:

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED Flood light 150 W with pressure diecast housing and toughened glass and individual LED's with secondary lens optics with IP66 ingress protection . 4kv inbuilt and 10kv external surge protection. efficacy 120lm per watt , CCT 5700K including suitable bracket of suitable size and including MS clamps of suitable size fabricated out of FI not less than 32X6 mm with suitable size of nut, bolt & washers complete all as specified and as directed. Make & Cat No - Bajaj, PRAZE F 180L WH NB-A5 TG SD or equivalent in approved make.

Supply and fix LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed. Make & Cat No - Bajaj, BCLAB 20W LED P or equivalent in approved make.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI Earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply and fix DWC Pipe IS-16205, size inner dia 50 mm, outer dia 63mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables including coupler and all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure factory made double door for Vertical TPN DB 4 Way suitable for fixing MCCB of capacity 16 Amps main incoming complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) MCCB 16 Amps four pole will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
