Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in pilasters, buttresses columns pillars, boundary pillars etc in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases).

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type BO, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (mea sured solid), including all mouldings including set in CM 1:4 necessary work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 12mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n exc 10cm.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
