REPAIR TO DITRIBUTION CI/GI/DI PIPE LINE, CLEANING OF OVERHEAD

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying of pipes all as spd and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including , spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as spd and directed.

Taking out CI/DI/MS pipe 150 mm bore in any type, any length including fittings, control valves from the trenches/on pillars or in any condition and burning of lead joints for recovery of lead and cleaning, flushing segregation, stacking for including deposting the unserviceable pipes/cut pieces to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed ( Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Taking out existing unserviceable/serviceable GI Pipe 50mm bore dia from the trenches including disconnecting branch connections, fittings and control valves complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for brick masonary work for repair to valve pit/pillers with well burnt Sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6 all as spd.

M&L for cement plaster 1:4 10mm thick on fair face of brick work including scrubbing :the external rough surface complete all as spd

M & L for repair to leaking fusion joint of PP-R pipe 3-layer of any dia including providing PP-R fittings as required at site and making good /leakless the existing joint, including necessary fittings if required & excavation and earth work, returning filling will be done after testing the joint (Note: Machine shall be brought at site for joint by the Contractor for which cost deemed to be included in the rate)

Supply and fixing Gun metal gate valve 50mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe fixing heavy duty ISI marked all as specified and directed. Make : Leadar/ L&T/ Zoloto.

Opening stuffing box of sluice valve and S&F in repair of U/S parts i.e. Stainless steel spindle , check nut fabricated out of superior quality all as per sample as required at site including replacement of unserviceable bolts, nuts & washers suitable for following size of sluice valves:- Bore of pipe 200mm

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes, small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the root of bushes and small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber, including chamber etc filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 371360.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
