SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully sub-main wiring of any description and making good to ther disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with four single core 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 32 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 2 run of 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Note: 6 run of 10 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit

Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch

(c) One exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(d) One bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push switch.

All as per item No 9 above but 1.5 sq mm cable size and 1.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 6 amps on Independent board complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

All as per item No 9 above but 2.5 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 16 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 4 mm GI wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No.3 in SSR part 1 connected to earthing test point,including 20 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 15 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth wire and etc.. including testing on completion ,PCC chambers in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wiremesh ,funnel,lugs and charcoal,salt etc all as applicable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 2mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of defective PVC Exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep and cleaning, winding, louvers etc. refixing in original position reconnecting electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of defective ceiling fan 1200 sweep including cleaning, re-winding, blades etc. refixing in original position reconnecting electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm heavy grade and conduit accessories inclusive of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.complete all as specefied and as dirceted.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sq. mm,3.5 core and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes PN 10 of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed
