Unloading of 40MVA T/F tank and all acessories from trailer at 132 KV S /S Bansi, . The job includes opening of laces jacking the T/F tank for placing rails under tank shifting it to wooden sleepers platforms to be prepared adjacent to trailer removing the rail from under the tank up to ground level.

Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformers from unloading place upto plinth about 20 metres distance including turning of tank, and all asoociated work as required at 132KV S/S Bansi.

Additional shifting of main tank 40mva at unloading place upto 60 meter 5.00m/job

Dismantling of existing 20MVA T/F safely & carefully at 132/33KV Bansi after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cable and cable connection, the accessories as required ,draining out the T/F oil up to as required level in 209 litres capacity oil drums/tanker, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshalling box, RTCC panel etc as if required, with proper gaskets alongwith nuts and bolts to complete the job satisfactorily including proper stacking. Blanking plates, nuts and bolts and gaskets shall be provided by the contactor. All other T&P etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.Packing of HV & LV Bushing of dismantled 20 MVA Transformer into crates made by of 40 MVA T/F and shifting to storage place.

Dismantling of 132 KV LA cutting earthing, opening of jumpers structures etc

Dismantling of existing 03Nos. 33KV CTs, opening of connections, cutting of old earthing and erection of 03Nos 33KV CTs, its connections, new earthing etc to complete the job.

Shifting of 20 MVA T/Fs from plinth to safe place upto 20 metres distance including turning of tank, if required, including all T&P and all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of main tank of 20mva tf upto 60 meter 5.00m/job

Dismantalling of all cable connection of 20MVA T/F and RTCC Panel marshalling box etc

Complete erection of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiators, conservation tank, all bushing, their turrets connecting all pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap charger, RTCC panels, oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of T/F oil (Not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc, and attending the oil leakage, if any, and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work. crane/T&P shall be provided by contractor on his own of cast.

Replacement of gaskets of 40 MVA T/Fs as per size required as 132 KV side turrets , bushing, radiator, pipe lines etc. (expect gasket of top cover) standard best quality. Gasket will be provided by contractor.

Spray painting of 40MVA T/F and RTCC Panel with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of standard make light Lime synthetic enamel paint of ISI quality of Burger/ Asian paint after cleaning of rust, dust & oily surface including cost of all material labour and T&P. also writing date of commissioning in bold letter in black at yellow back colour.

Laying of various size (10x2.5 mm², 06x2.5 mm², 04x2.5 mm² & 2x 2.5mm²) control cable as required in the cable trench from control relay/ RTCC panel to Transformer marshalling/ Drive Mechanism as per cable schedule, its Saddling as every 75 mm distance with MS saddles of size of size 25x3mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to the store and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactory.

Termination of different size (10x2.5mm², 06x2.5 mm², 4x2.5mm² and 2x2.5mm² control cable.

Centrifuging of fresh transformer oil and filling of balance oil into the 40MVA transformer with machine and operator and to provide final BDV & PPM testing results. Machine and operator will be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of 40 MVA Transformer at 132/33 KV Bansi including MBx, OLTC, RTCC etc with M.S. flat to be provided by the Contractor in place of dismenteled equipments with 50x6 M.S. flat and connecting the same with main earthmat at two places as required including painting of M.S. strip with green enamel paint above ground surface.
