Dismantling and clearing away the existing Super structure Brick Wall in CM including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and plants, all leads and lifts etc, complete as per specification.

Dismantling the existing damaged Aluminium Partition including cost of labour, cost minor T&P's lead, lift etc., complete.

Labour charges for shifting the dismantled old damaged tiles from First floor to ground level, loading to tractor and unloading 15 KM away from corporation limit including cost of all major and minor T&P's, transporting charges, labour charges, leads, lifts, etc., complete.

Chipping, Clearing and removing the existing damaged flooring and laying the flooring with Double charged vetrified tiles of size 600X600X8mm of approved quality and colour, with ISI std and pointing with filling materials using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete.

Painting the old iron works (Grilled windows) with two coats of approved enamel paint including cost of scrapping, all materials, labour, leads, lifts,etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of colour coated aluminium framed partition and doors of approved quality as directed by the Engineer in charge at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps, personal protective equipments, other material appliances, etc., complete. (i) Vertical and horizontal posts colour coated anodized aluminium section 63x38 mm of thickness 2.45 mm, countrywood filled alround, verticals at spacing of 900 mm c/c and horizontal at 0.0m, 0.90 m & 3.0 m, (ii) MDF board or its equivalent grade board of 12 mm thick both sides pre - laminated of exterior grade for a height of 900mm as bottom panel, middle and top panel in 2.10 m & 3.00 m, level. iii) Aluminium beading of weight not less than 0.12 kg/m on both sides of the shutter.

Dismantling the existing damaged window including removal of hings & fastenings etc., Supplying and fixing of new UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allolw leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.

Providing and fixing of UPVC (Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) fixed ventilator section for vertical, Bootom and Top section for UPVC main frame work vertical and horizontally fixed to the wall with clamps and screws. The fixed window will be a glass 4mm thick plain float glass in the portion including the cost of snap on clips rubber gaskets etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of structural steel safety grills using 12 mm square bar including two coats of enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer coat including cost of steel and painting materials, lead, lift, labour, as per standard specification, etc., complete and as per instruction of Engineer at Site.

Inner colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Exterior/Interior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior/Interior emulsion water based primer exterior/Interior surfaces with three coats of putty including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty wherever required.

Ceiling colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of emulsion water based primer ceiling surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete.

Cement Solid Block in CM 1:5 using 15 cm cement Solid block for super structure including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, scaffolding charges all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12 mm including cost of cement for Inner/Outer walls including labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.
