M&L for disconnecting existing PVC water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and providing temporary water supply connection to the users till the roof treatment is completed and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 01 here in before but of 1000 litrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment in any position with bituminous felt including backing cement plaster of any thickness in roofs, beams, chajjas, staircase etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chisel and applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to exiting RCC roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing compound as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections and similar surfaces with necessary slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-charge complete. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under items No 10 of this schedule.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing compound as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under items No 10 of this schedule.

Taking down cement plaster on parapet walls, chajjas, suspended slabs or similar walls surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of parapet walls, chajja/slab drops etc and making the surface fair and even using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under items No 10 of this schedule.

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work bands, sunk panels, cornices stopped ends etc. exe 15 cm and n.exe 30cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides with layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over 0.3 ltrs/Sqm bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384. The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.6 KG/Sqm and laid over primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform preserve with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to roof, wall or ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine pressed PCC tiles of size 250x250mm, 22mm thick laid jointed & pointed with grey cement & pigment mixed with WPC over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC, as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & refixing of solar water heater and its connected accessories after completion of the roof treatment work complete all as specified and as directed.
