In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for structures as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Structures by mechanical means.

BLD-CSTN-3-2 (19) Providing PCC Grade M10 concrete using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, labour charges, for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work complete as per drawings and technical specifications as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31)-A: Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for FOUNDATIONS, PLINTH, PEDESTALSNote : 1) The cement content is adopted as 380Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the difference in cost shall be deducted.

BLD-CSTN-5-17-(55): Brick Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

BLD-CSTN-3-11-(28) Using Concrete mixture up to Plinth Level: Plain Cement concrete Nominal mix M-20 (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) using 20mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Graded Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work

BLD-CSTN-11-5-(162): White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-12-3-(170) ; Painting Walls with approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, One Coat (All Colours) making 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912.

Supplying and fixing of MS Gate using 45 x 45 x 6mm MS equal angle alround and 2 Nos 35x35x5mm Equal angles horizontal supports at 0.50m c/c, 2.00mm MS sheet at bottom 0.30m height and 12mm MS square bars Vertically at 125mm centre to centre including fixing with 4 Nos of MS Z holdfasts (2 on each side) duly making cutting brick masonry, fixing and making to original surface neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials,Locking arrangment, Ornamental pieces etc ,cutting, bending, welding including all operational charges and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-12-12-(193) : Painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of ready mixed Synthetic Enamel / Epoxy enamel (IS - 14209) paints in all shades Grade - II having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit over red oxide for New Iron Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 1201, 1207 & 1212).

Supply and fixing of Display/Name boards of required size where ever necessary made of MS sheet fixed on MS angles of size 25x25x5mm and the board shall be painted with cannary yellow in Two coats over a primary coat and all remaining exposed surface shall be painted black, the letters, boarders and arrows will be painted with Luminous paint and the size of the letter shall be minimum 15 Cm high and 19mm to 25mm wide and the board shall be fitted to 50x50x10 MS angle posts and firmly fixed in ground in CC(1:3:6) using 40mm size metal in a block of size 30 x 30 x 90 Cm etc as directed by the Engineer in charge etc.complete.
