Repair/ top-overhauling to diesel engine driven generating set 6 cylinder , 320 KVA, RPM-1500, Make KIRLOSKAR, ENG No KL6.5001/1100095 Installed at Missile Shed, Shesharthang including following job works and replacement of minor spare parts and replacement of major spare parts as mentioned in the respective items of BOQ.

Disconnecting the electrical connections of alternator decupling of alternater from engine disconnecting the inlet and exhaust manifold, Turbocharger, exhaust pipes fuel connection, Governor, water pump, air cleaners hoses etc from the Engine. Strip opening the parts such as cylinder heads, tappet covers, exhaust and inlet valves, valve guides, cylinder liners pistons assy, connecting rods, cam shafts, big end and small end bearings injector assembly, oil pumps etc including all minor parts such as nut bolt, ignition switch, control panel etc as directed at site and cleaning all parts by Kerosene oil, segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts.

Transportation of unserviceable engine parts such as cylinder heads, water pump, oil pump, Governor injector and Turbo charger, Radiator, self starter from Missile Shed, Shesharthang to Workshop, carrying out for repair work and re-transporting from Workshop to Missile Shed, Shesharthang and back after repair / overhauling.

Grinding, polishing and stripping out of cylinder heads and replacement of valve seats and valves.

Reassembling the Engine complete and connecting alternator including proper alignment with base frame complete.

Testing and commissioning of DG set after repair on full load upto the entire satisfaction of GE/Engineer-in-Charge.

Minor spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, banjo bolt, O rings, copper washer etc, required for proper functioning of DG set and not mentioned in BOQ but required for functioning of engine deemed to be include in the item quoted rate.

Note : The major spare parts required for repair of engine shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only the following spare parts of engine for proper functioning and replacement against srl item No. 1.0 here-in- before.

Material and labour for replacement of Automatic voltage regulator for 320 KVA DG set Make :- Kirloskar.

Repair, checking and Calibration of injector assembly including supply and replacement of the injector cups barrel plunger etc, required for smooth functioning of injector assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Calibration of FIP, stripping out and cleaning segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts, repairing and assembling the same including supply and replacement of plunger, DV, governor, wet O ring, pin roll, barrel, pin ball bearing, spring, washer, gear box fuel pump, screen filter assy, Ring sealing set, Oil seal set and testing the same after fitting 320 KVA DG set with engine complete all as directed.

Dismantling/disconnecting the unserviceable radiator of 320 KVA DG set from the DG set transporting the radiator to Authorized work shop at leh repairing the leakage of the radiator with Gas welding and clean it with pressure cleaning with kerosene and the washing with pressure of pump complete.

M&L for SMF battery storage type 12 volts 180 AH complete all as directedMake : Exide.

Supply and fixing in relacement of battery charger assembly (Dynamo) for 320 KVA DG complete all as directed. Set Make : Kirloskar

Material and labour for replacement of turbo charger for 320 KVA DG set complete all as directed. Make :- Kirloskar.

Repair of oil pump, striping out and cleaning, segregating to serviceable and unsericeable parts, repairing and assembling the same including replacement of following worn out spare parts and testing the same after fixing as directed.

Supply and replacement of adjustment pulley with fan belt for 320 KVA DG Set, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar.

Dismantling/disconnecting US Fan hub pulley from the DG set of 320 KVA DG set supply and fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Make Kirloskar.

Repair/servicing self starter by supply and fixing including taking out the following parts for 320 KVA DG Sets. Make : Kirloskar (a). Field Coil (b).Armature Winding (c ).Bush (d). Solenoid switch (Gear)

M & L for taking out unserviceable water pump of DG Sets 320 KVA Make : Kirloskar & taking the pump to authorised work shop at leh repairing the same and fixing the water pump to its original position with connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing hydraulic governor controller for 320 KVA DG set Cat Part No-3383463. Make-Kirloskar

Dismantling the alternator from the engine of 320 KVA DG set installed at M/ Shed and transporting the alternator from site to workshop. Dismantling the alternator and including rewinding the alternator with existing size of copper wire and No of turns varnishing the alternator complete . After repair retransformation from workshop to site and fixing the same with engine as existing and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out burnt out winding of exciter of DG Sets 320 KVA Make : Kirloskar including re-winding with copper wire of superior quality of existing size, No of turns including varnishing, heating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of magnetic pickup suitable for 320 KVA DG Set, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar/Cummins

M&L for disconnecting and taking out the UNSV Power Command Control panel unit for DG set 320 KVA Make-Kirloskar Engine and transporting the same to authorised servicing centre and replacement of unserviceable sensors and other parts and making the CCPU functional in all respect, fixing back, connecting and testing and ensure proper functioning for Over/under speed, Fail to start indication, low oil pressure, Battery charger failure, High Engine temperature, Automatic and manual mode and all other functions such as load on DG set, Voltage, frequency, RPM etc complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the muffler from the silencer, taking out the carbon from the muffler by using blow lamp, after cleaning the muffler , painting of muffler with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide and refixing the same with required gasket nut, bolt etc for DG set of capacity 320 KVA DG set, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Diesel pipe set flexible for 320 KVA DG Set up to 0.5m to 3m long and 19mm size including banjo bolts, copper washers complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Cummins/Kirloskar

Repair /maintenance of Diesel Engine driven generating set 6 cylinder of cap 1x100 KVA SM No. 003/4180-DG/08 inclding complete as following. Make - Kirloskar installed at 3 Arty Bdge power house

(a) Grinding, polishing & facing of cylinder heads in and including replacement of seats and minor repair to cylinder head all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Re-assembling the disconnected parts after repair/ replacement of serviceable/unsv spare parts incl testing and commissioning of DG set on full load upto desired satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete. Note:- (i) The major spare parts required for Top overhauling of engine shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Minor spare parts such as plain machined washer, set screw, joint, set bolt, O rings, washer, spring dowel, dowel pin, bolts, pins, nuts, banjo bolts, copper washer etc for proper functioning of DG sets deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling the radiator from the engine of 100 KVA DG set installed at 3 Arty Bde and transporting the radiator from site to workshop. Dismantling the radiator in and including descaling gas welding the leaking tube whichever required for proper functioning of radiator. After repair transportation from workshop to site and fixing the same with engine as existing and resetting.

Dismantling/disconnecting unserviceable Alternator battery charger supply and fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Make Kirloskar.

Supply and fixing Copper battery lead 3 mtr long 16mm dia multi stranded with brass clamp incl nuts and bolts as required complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Automatic voltage regulator for 100 KVA DG set. Make :- Kirloskar.

Dismantling/disconnecting unserviceable Fan hub pulley from the DG set supply and fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Make Kirloskar.

Calibration of FIP, replacement of FIP kit, gasket set, washers, nuts,plungers,delivery valves, oil pump , O ring and set the oil pressure with testing suitable for 100 KVA DG set complete all as directed. Make-Kirloskar.

M & L for taking out unserviceable water pump of DG Sets 100 KVA Make : Kirloskar & taking the pump to authorised work shop at leh repairing the same and fixing the water pump to its original position with connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of fuel filter Cat Part No.4899920000 for100 KVA DG Set, Make:- Kirloskar and Model HA69TC and change of fuel filter after every 250 Hrs complete all as per site requirement complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of lub oil filter Cat Part No. 0604001000 for 100 KVA DG Set , Make:- Kirloskar and Model HA69TC and change of fuel filter after every 250 Hrs complete all as per site requirement including lubricating and greasing to all parts complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of air cleaner filter cat part no 4020552 for 100 KVA DG set change of fuel filter Make: Cummins/Kirloskar after every 500 Hrs complete all as per site requirement complete all as directed.
