Surface dressing n exc 30cm and averaging 15cm deep in any type of soil including cutting of grass and small trees etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for & removing clear off site after credit is recovered by the dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, laying pipes etc or for shaft, walls, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceed 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 ( Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams, mass concrete and similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately
Supply and fix framed brackets for swan neck frame on top of boundary or any other uses of angle or tees with web flanges cut to a shape,drilled and counter sunk for screw,incl bending and welding angle as necessary plates, riveting etc, confirming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete including all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
Material and labour in repairs for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
