M & L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5 /2 TR of any by cleaning of filter on front side including fins, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Refrigerant required for topping (R22 / 134) shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only rates" under respective item.

M&L for cleaning after taking down complete body including fitting and fixture of desert cooler of capacity 4000/5000 cum/hours of any make with wire including removal of all sludge, loose paint dirt etc and preparationand cleaning of surface for painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint inside and out side surfaces and applying two coats rubber seal paint inside the water tank, and rewriting of MES No. etc. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC flexible pipe 16mm outer dia complete with PVC elbow etc.

S&F in repairs wood wool pad (set of three), minimum weight 0.8 Kg, fixed in side panels of desert coolers including GI wiremesh of 20 Gauge wire and mesh size 100 x 100 mm complete all as directed .

S & F wooden scantling second class hard wood of size 50X50 mm and making frame and fix with screw and nail for supporting to desert cooler.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS copper conductor 1100V drawn through and including rigid heavy duty PVC conduit 25 mm dia with conduit accessories including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS copper conductor used as earth wire all as directed by EIC

Supply and lay PVC pipe 20 mm dia with fittings in repair fixed on wall / ceiling.
