NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in harstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 10 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 10 above but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered, Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 1.5 to 3 mm thick wall care putty and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 10 above but one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls plastered or unplastered incl two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces applying two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete as directed.

Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets with synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth on boundary wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.40% by weight of cement (WPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only luquid water proofing compound .

M & L for 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 rendering on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 1.5 to 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
