Removing the parts from the sluice valve body after cutting/ opening nuts & bolts like spindle nut, flap etc.

Removing the damaged brass ring on the flap both side on the heavy duty lathe machine cutter etc.

P/F of new brass ring on the flap, both sides after making of new seats etc.

Making & fixing of spindle for the sluice valve as per sample.

Making & fixing of new GM nut as per sample.

P/F of gland plates.

Supply of nut bolts with washer.

Supply of neoprene packing.

Refitting of sluice valve by above new parts, fixing of new nut bolts, packing & testing on pressure in the workshop.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel for excavation of earth & other works as required at site, refilling the site after completion. (DSR’21 0020)

Hire and running charges of Long boom crane 20 tonne capacity for shifting, balancing & holding the sluice valve, MS gap piece & other works as required at site. (DSR’21 0028)

Hiring of Generator 100 KVA/125 KVA for lighting etc. as required at site. (DSR’21 0070)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (DSR’21 10.22)

Hiring of gas cutter with Oxygen & LPG gas cylinder (2 Nos. for each day)

Supply of 600 mm dia. MS pipe gap piece having length of 2 Mtrs. made out of 10 mm thick MS Sheet. (DJB AR)

Supply of 02 No. 825 mm dia.(OD) & 600 mm dia.(ID) Flat Face/SW Flange made out of 25 mm thick MS Sheet. (DJB AR)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DSR’21 14.23)

Excavating the site using hydraulic excavator. After excavation window will be cut in the main line for dewatering purpose & dewatering pump will be fitted inside the window to dewater the main line. After completing dewatering cutting the line both side of the sluice valve using gas cutter. After cutting sluice valve will be removed from the line using hydra crane & loaded in a vehicle for transportation to the work shop. For temporary arrangement MS gap piece of 600 mm dia. 2 Mtrs. length will be in the line by using collar welding in both side. After repairing of the valve it will be taken from the workshop to the site using truck. Sluice valve will be fitted after cutting the fitted MS gap piece & welding the flanges both side. After that sluice valve will be fitted by tightening the nut bolts between the flanges of sluice valve & both side line. After fitting the sluice valve testing the valve by opening & closing the sluice valve in no load & on load. (Justified Rate)

Transportation charges of sluice valve from site to workshop & workshop to site, tools & tackles, materials, manpower etc. to & fro. & loading & unloading of all.

Making of Chamber: - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: DSR’21 6.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). DSR’21 6.1.2

Making of Chamber: - 12 mm cement plaster of mix: DSR'21 13.1 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) DSR'21 13.1.12

Making of Chamber: - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: DSR'21 4.1 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR'21 4.1.8
