Servicing of rolling shutters of any type any Size and oiling and greasing all moving parts of rolling shutters, realignment of anchoring rod, checking and made functional/ operateable all moving strips / parts including minor repair tightening of springs, nut & bolts, welding repair, proper fixing of loose side guard of rolling shutter, repair of both side locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutters of any type any size and refixing the same in situ after necessary welding work, oiling and greasing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, realignment of anchoring rod, checking and made functional / operate able all moving strips/ parts to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete including replacing of damaged strips all as specified. (Note :- (i) Strips shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under appropriate item. (ii) Rates are deemed to inclusive of all civil works required for refixing and making good the disturbed surfaces).

Mild steel rolling shutter strips made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet, 3.50 to 5.00 mtr in length and width exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm in any position and any description fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Mild steel rolling shutter strips made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet, 2.00 to 3.50 mtr in length and width exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm in any position and any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel rolling shutters of 1.00 mm thickness of lath, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, push pull or manually type and fixed the clamp of shutter on wall surface including suitable size lock safety type 4 levers 02 Nos in each shutter and locking arrangement and making good in CM (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of dismantling old rolling shutter and fixing new shutters and making good the disturbed surface with cement plaster or cement concrete and match the surroung surface.

All as per serial item No. 5 here-in-before but gear operated type bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Hood cover for rolling shutter of any width made to required size and shape out of 1 mm thick PGI sheet including one shop coat of red oxide primer erected inposition as indicated including dismantling of old hood cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to inclusive of dismantling old USNV hood cover, gear box and fixing new hood cover, box including making good the disturbed surface.

Ball bearing of any size / type for rolling shutters fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down aluminum door frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame each and making necessary repair such as proper alignment,revetting etc and refixing in same opening with and including new stainless steel screws of suitable size as required for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made shutter 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc edges of framing, plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads fo securing gauge etc suzes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass or wire cloth, etc in panels or sash squares shall be measured separately.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed in repair in steel frame or in wooden frame of door/ window with MS flat with screw or wooden beading where required and match the surface complete as specified and directed.

(Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe.)
