Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs deep in hard /dense soil for laying underground cables and post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation/ coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of GI earth/guard wire of any size and removing unserviceable GI wire from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete, excavation and earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard rail, straining bolts with necessary angle or 'J' section fixed independently without connecting plate including making holes for fixing chain link fence, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS Gate made out of angle iron of suitable size with necessary joining accessories, welding etc... as required, steel confirming to Gde Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earthwork excavation, PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer, keeping them at safe sides and taking out the transformer Out door type 201 to 400 KVA, 0.433/11KV, comprising step up any make, carrying out complete overhauling which shall comprise of the following :-

(a) Material and labour for lifting, transporting, handling, the transformer to work shop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc including disconnecting core assembly from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/ body) of the transformer. (b) Material and labour for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container /drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse. (c) Material and labour for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt / sludge/ foreign particles etc from the bottom / body of the transformer and drying/ heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil.

(d) Material and labour for checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet/out let valves ,breather etc ,servicing, penning the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection for HT and LT windings ,testing the insulation resistance, cleaning and washing thoroughly core and windings of the transformer by hoisting down with clean dry oil conforming to IS 335/1983, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles from the windings / core and re-varnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/drying/backing complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS 1986-87 and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

(e) Lifting and refixing core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully, connecting of HT / LT/ Neutral connections to the bushings assembly, fixing of tap change over including tightening of nuts, bolts, washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (f) Varnishing the entire core assembly with insulating oil of approved quality ,heating and drying thoroughly, re -insulation paper, press pan paper, fevicol, sleeves and heating carefully inside chamber to got required megger value so as to obtain desired insulation resistance all as directed. (g) Re- fixing of the core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully , connecting up with the HT/LT bushings, fixing of tap changer, connecting up with the neutral connections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge Note: Necessary dismantling of core assembly for repair/rewinding and refixing shall be measured and paid under relevant items here in before all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge .

(h) Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer only after carrying out filtration and heating up oil upto 105 degree C to achieve required dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filtration of oil in presence of Engineer- in- charge on proper proforma duly signed. (j) Refixing the top cover including replacement of cork sheet/ gasket 8mm thick, tightening of nuts /bolts /washers etc and replacement of breather with silica gel crystal type all as directed by Engineer-in charge. (k) Material and labour for carrying out acidity test of transformer oil all as per IS-1866/1961 in presence of Engineer-in-charge or MES representative authorised by him and submitting the test results on proper proforma duly signed. (l) Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Note:- (i) Any damage to insulators/bushes/windings etc... while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair / over hauling should be complete with in 48 hours from the date of handing over the individual transformer , failing which neccessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Filling up of the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately. (iv) While taking transformer to the work shop the contractor has to temporarily install and connect transformer provided by the department as the same is catered for maintenance of essential services. (v) Necessary rewinding of core if required will be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for rewinding of damaged / burnt out HT / LT coil , servicing of step down transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA capacity 11000/433 volts, comprising the following:- (a) Removing the transformer core assembly by un-screwing the nuts, bolts, washers of top cover, draining out the exiting oil removing the HT / LT bushings etc and taking out the core gently with the help of necessary tools arrangement complete and all as directed. (b) Dismantling and taking the burnt HT coils from the core assembly and cleaning the other coils and core assembly with CTC solution including removing the deposited dirt/foreign materials etc complete. (c) Rewinding the HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including insulating materials etc complete ,refixing the rewinded HT/LT coils on the core assembly connecting up with the tap changer etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting and dismantling unserviceable damaged LT bushing, studs complete of 100 KVA Transformer, any make 11/0.433 KV and replacing the same with supplying and fixing, connecting and commissioning LT porcelain bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts/washers, rubber rings etc (set of 4) all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing bituminous road/hard standing (45 cm width and 60 cm depth) and making good the disturbed surface after laying pipes/ cables, by using PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm aggregates at the top for a depth of 15 cm and remaining portion to be covered with excavated soil, properly rammed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling APFC panel carefully, removing the defective control device MCCB / MCBs, capacitors, indicator cum push button switches, relays, contacts, CTs, internal wiring, cleaning all parts by CTC solution / emery paper as required and greasing the metallic and mechanical serviceable parts all as specified and as directed.
