Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

(a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water tinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (two or more coats) .

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, MS frame PVC partitions,doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931:

Cleaning of existing MS partition wall of mica and glass, wooden skirting etc with suitable liquid cleansers like colin etc.and soft cotton cloth and remvoing dust, stains etc all completeas per the direction of Engineer in Charge.( Rate includes the cost of all labour and material involved ) .

Cleaning of ceramic wall tiles/floor tiles of wash rooms with suitable liquid cleansers and scrubbers to remove stains etc all complete including the cost of all labour and material involved as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing Tar felt from terrace upto floor V level and preparing the surface smooth and clean as per the direction of Engineer in Charge ( Rate includes the cost of all labour and tools involved in the operation and disposal of unserviceable and unuseable material obtained from dismanteling from the site of work)

Removal of pipal tree from terrace, shafts, etc including labour and tools and scffolding for cutting tree i/c pouring of sulpheuric acid on cutting surface all complete as per the direction of E-in-Charge.

Repairs to doors/windows/cup board shutters( wood/steel) by dismenteling, chiseling,welding cutting and replacing damaged wooden /steel members with new and providing new hinges/Cleats if required with dismantling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of glass door including dismembering from its position, replacing of pivots, making adjustment with floor spring, whereever required,including all labour and material involved complete, as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Refixing of peeled off veener/mica sheet on existing horizontal board surfaces with Fevicol synthetic Resin Adhesive or equivalent as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.( Rate includes all cost of labour and material involved).

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: Cleaning the existing terrace surface and Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

Providing and applying waterproofing compound B-Guard or equivalent having properties of cold application ,solar refelective , elastic insulation and bitumen free ready to use as one component all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Replacing of battery of urinal sensor

Providing and Replacing of urinal sensor with battery I/c dismenteling of old s0ensor and refivixing of new sensor of 45000 cycles of jaquar make .

Cleaning of terrace by brooming and brushes i/c cleaning of khurras,grass,other vegetations and disposal of malba upto lead of 50metre.
