Dismantling of exhaust fans of 300mm sweep AC single phase 230/240 volts of any make / model except old vintage, dismantling stator, rotor, cutting out burnt copper winding and providing new winding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including cleaning of slots providing oil impregnated insulation paper or minimax, fibre, insulation in slots and well wraping with cotton tape, bind with cotton thread and varnishing over all with winding varnish, cleaning of bearing housing and shaft, replacing spares such as split pins, blade screws, condensor, ball bearing etc, as required and reassebling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size and cleaning all type dust, oil stains etc, painting with one coat of syntatic enamemel paint by spraying and refixing properly in the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC connection heavy duty with brass/PTMT nuts of reqd length not exceeding 300 mm with rubber & PVC washer suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe complete for cold water.

Supply & fixing hot water outlet connection made of brass chromium plated with Union rubber washer suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipefor hot water.

Taking down carefully electric storage type water heater (Geysers) of any make and any capacity from its mounting place cleaning all type dust, stains etc, painting with one coat of syntatic enamemel paint by spraying and refixing properly in the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting of exhaust fan from one place to another including making hole at new place and filling of hole at old place including all necessary electric connection, brick work, plastering and 2 coat of painting of size 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Air terminatiion, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia 300mm long all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L in repairs Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Earthing in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed , including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode , with concrete pit in PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar ,GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI strip 32X6 mm complete and Buried in ground .

M&L in repairs porcelain/epoxy white/brown/green spacer insulator with one GI stud bolts with nut and washers with necessary drilling for bolts hole for holding/fixing roof conductor/ down conductor of lightening conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
