Each set shall comprise of six pedestal and three tilting post insulators. Insulator should be factory cemented by the manufacturer of the insulators and have minimum 320 mm creepage distance and AB switchs contacts shall be of copper/ copper alloy. The AB switch shall be of following current rating: 200 A

Supply of 11 KV Disc Insulators ball and socket type, A porcelain brown glazed duly cemented at factory with MCI socket cap, forged steel ball pin and supplied with Phosphor bronze "W" split pin as per IS 731-1971 as amended upto date. Minimum failing load 45 KN Pin ball diameter 16 mm. Minimum Creepage distance 320 mm with 2 bolted type hardware fitting 70KN suitable for 11 KV ball and socket type disc insulators of 16 mm pin, failing load of 70 KN and suitable for ACSR conductor of size upto 18 mm diameter. The metal parts shall be as per drg No CC/E-482-Rev-2 Benclosed and conform to IS-2486 part 1-1993, 2486 Part-2-1989 as amended upto date.

And forged GI pin conforming to IS 2486 part 1 & 2 as amended upto date suitable for 11 KV glazed porcelain pin insulators conforming to IS 731/71 as amended upto date. GI pin shall conform to reference S-165 N fig 5 of IS 2486/(part-II)/74 as amended upto date. Dimension X in said fig shall be 150mm (screwed 100mm).
