Excavation in foundations in Ordinary Soil (Loam Clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated Earth into the trenches or into the Space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100fts.) from the foundation trenches. (Rate including Royalty of earth also.)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M. in depth and earth work in embankemnt to be in 20cm. layers including remmeing and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M. distances as directed by the Engineer incharge. Excluding Royality. SI. 253(a)

Close timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered Depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5 m

Supplying and Filling in plinth with local sand and under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cement Concrete with 2cm guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials , labour , T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 4cm guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials , labour , T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced Cement Concrete excluding the cost of shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work upto plinth level
