Construction of RCC Framed Structure comprising Basement Floor, Ground Floor and First Floor having a total built-up area of 1226.00 Sqm (approximately) with floor-to-floor height of 3.60 m, including Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Internal Electrical Installations, Site Preparation and Leveling, Footpath with PCC Base, 60 mm thick Paver Blocks and Kerb Stone Edging, complete as per approved drawings, CPWD Specifications and site conditions, on EPC/Turnkey Mode, covering all items specified in the BOQ and Tender Documents, including supply of materials, labour, equipment, testing, commissioning, handing over and rectification of defects during the Defect Liability Period, complete in all respects.
