Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum characteristics compressive strength of 20 mpa with cement content not less than 330 Kg. (Three hundred thirty Kilograme) per cubic metre and using super plasticisers if necerry curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns and the like and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing tor steel reinforcement of TATA for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, bending, binding and placing in position complete with cost of binding wire as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

LGFS External Walls Frame Structure and Internal Partitions Frame: Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished custom designed cold form Light Gauge Steel Framed super structure comprising of steel wall panel, trusses, purlins etc manufactured out of minimum 0.75 mm thick steel sheet as per design requirements. The steel sheet shall be galvanized (AZ-150gms Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated steel having minimum yield strength 300-550 Mpa) conforming toAISI specifications and IBC 2009 for cold formed steel framing and construction and also as per IS: 875-1987, ISO 800-1984 and IS:801- 1975. The wind load shall be as per provisions of IS 875 (part -III). LGSFS frame shall be designed as per IS: 801 using commercially available software such as Frame CAD Pro-11.7 / STAAD PRO-V8i / Architek V 2.5.16 / Revit architecture -2011 or equivalent. Proper usage of ConnectionAccessories like Heavy Duty Tension Ties, Light Duty Hold-ons, Twist Straps (to connect truss with wall frames), Strong Tie, Tie Rod, H-Brackets, Boxing Sections, L-Shaped Angles for better structural stability. The framing section shall be cold form C-type having minimum web depth 89 mm x 39mm flange x 11mm lip in required length as per structural design requirement duly punched with dimple / slot at required locations as per approved drawings. The slots will be along centre line of webs and shall be spaced minimum 250mm away from both ends of the member. The frame can be supplied in panelized or knock down condition in specific dimensions and fastened with screws extending through the steel beyond by minimum of three exposed threads. All self drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type II coating in accordance withASTM B633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12, TPI 16 & 8 of length 20mm. The frames shall be fixed to RCC slab or Tie beam over Neoprene rubber using self expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings. design subject to minimum 12mm diameter and 121mm length conforming toAISI 304 and 316 at 500mm c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm in RCC (RCC to be paid separately) and located not more than 300mm from corners or termination of bottom tracks complete in all respects. The item also includes the submission of stability reports duly examined and issued by any NIT/IIT. The rate includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges. Providing and fixing of external wall system on Light gauge steel frame work with COLORBOND LYSAGHT accessories using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminum-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume or equivalent (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Super Polyester Colorbond XRW quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 . The paint will have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by concern authority. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every regular interval for confirming genuinity of the material . In all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five microns) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 mm X 1.25mm made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
