Notes : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of not less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute or experienced Technician retired from Government service. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. PORTA CABIN FOR OFFICE BLOCK OF SIZE 20 feet X 10 feet X 8.5 feet along with (Two Work stations, Six office chairs, One File cabinet of size 4"x3" with locking arrangement,one steel rack, One all in one Personal Computer(with minimun of 8GB RAM and 1TB Hard disk with latest software), One all in one Inkjet Printer , One window AC of 1.5T capacity and One white Board of size 4 feet X 3 feet, 1 External door, 2 Windows , 4 tube lights ( one at out side), 1 exhaust fan, by using suitable capacity hydra crane for handling etc. as per specifications and instructions of Engg-in-Charge. i) Floor Frame made of 100mm C Channel with 60 x 40mm Pipe grids of 600mm x 600mm, 18mm thick cement bonded ply fixed on this grid with 1.3mm vinyl carpet or equivalent sections as per manufacturer specifications. ii) Roof Frame made of 75mm C channel with 50mm x 50mm x 16g sq. pipe Grid GI 18g sheet welded on top of the frame to form two sided slope roof or equivalent sections. iii) Exterior walls appx. 1.2mm GI specially corrugated sheet welded on roof and flooring. iv) Interior Wall and Interior Roof insulated with glass wool 50mm thick, inside panelling of 8mm particle board, laminate finish, colour as per standard practice, powder coated aluminium section used on all joints of panels, 40mm wooden moulding used as skirting of wall and also to hold carpet. v) Doors especially bended door frame ( External wall and Inner wall of the door will be Galvanized sheet of 1.25 mm with Latch lock, door handles, hand drop(aldrop) and door closer. vi) All components are primed internally & externally and painted with two coats of Textured PU paint. vii) All wiring shall be concealed type using copper conductor FRLS cables of ISI quality 3/20 size wire used for light , sockets & 6/16 for main incoming 15 amp plug with switches, MCB, input sockets for tube light, door-way, wall ceiling mounted cabin light and fans complete as directed. Note: Two Pre inspections of Porta cabin during Fabrication and before procurement shall be conducted by Contractor.
