Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even (using water proofing compound) complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered new surface of wall and applying one coat of primer on plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing plastered new surface of wall and applying three coats of white washing on undecorated surface on walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance ,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10sqm over new surfaces completeall as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered and undecorated surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of wall by applying one coat of primer on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint incl applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on priming and applying two coats with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed

Removal of vegetation from roots etc on wall/Roof area not exc. 1.0 sqm each and making good the surface by grouting the holes and matching the plastered surfaces 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed
