(a) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable lock brass lever 40 mm width , 6 lever with duplicate keys for almirah large/ Medium steel 1st quality as per ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable chromium plated screw type 150 mm long handle for almirah large/ medium steel.

(c) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable corner clip for shelves of almirah large/medium steel.

(d) Material and Labour for Replacement of locking device of almirah Medium steel made out of 6mm round MS rod duly painted

(e) Material and Labour for Replacement of locking devices of almirah Large steel made out of 6mm round MS rod duly painted

(f) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable MS hinges 75mm x3mm thick

(g) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable bush with brass bush for locking devices of almirah large/medium steel

(h) Material and Labour for Replacement of usnerviceable base (legs) of almirah large/ medium steel made out of 1mm thich plain black MS sheet rectangular shape including painting

(j) Material and Labour for Spot welding 3 mm dia on pedestal shutter and base joints and base leg joints of almirah large/medium steel

(k) Material and Labour for Continuous welding to base leg joint and frame work joints

(l) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable shelves of almirah large steel by shelves made out of 1.00 mm thick MS black sheet size of the shelves (L- 860mm x W- 420mm) all fixing shall be in accordance with the drawings

(m) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable shelves almirah medium steel by shelves made out of 1.00 mm thick MS black sheet size of the shelves. All fixing shall be in accordance with the drawings.

(n) Material and Labour for Replacement of unserviceable shutter of almirah Large made out of 1.00 mm thick MS black sheet all fixing shall be in accordance with drawings including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS Drg No:FD 230 The following repairs shall be carried out to Table dressing Gents with mirror after removing old unserviceable parts:-

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable top from the dressing table supply and fix new top made out of 12mm plain particle board exterior grade of size 300mm x 900mm laminated with 1.5mm teak shade laminate complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(b) Supply and fix mirror frame stiffener made out of 1st class teak wood of size 35 x 25 x 790 mm long complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(c ) Supply and fix plywood commercial 6mm thick of size 410 x 790mm to back of mirror frame complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(d) Supply and fix bottom ply 12 mm thick commercial ply wood made out of size 300 x 900 mmcomplete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(e) Supply and fix mirror 5 mm thick of size 410 x 790 mm fixed with corner glass pins complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(f) Supply and fix front drawer made out of plain particle board 12 mm thick ,exterior grade and 1.5 mm teak shade lamination of size 245 x 125 mm with 25 mm chromium plated knob complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR Drg No:FD 32/FD251/FD-278 The following repairs shall be carried out to Table dressing ladies with mirror after removing old unserviceable parts:-

(a) Supply and fix mirror 5 mm thick of size 1200 x 375 mm fixed with teakwood frame complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(b) Supply and fix bottom frame of size 700 x 350 mm made from 50 x 30 mm teakwood duly french polished complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(c ) Supply and fix 5 mm plain glass of size 300 x 250mm duly finished and fixed with aluminium E-channel for sliding complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(d) Supply and fix 12 mm ply wood commercial of size 300 x 140 mm laminated with 1.5mm Mica and fixed to drawer front with suitable knob complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

PEG TABLE Drg No:FD-277/FD-384 The following repairs shall be carried out to Peg Table after removing old unserviceable parts:-

(a) Supply and fix 18mm pre laminated particle board exterior grade with 4 mm thick teak wood edging of size 300 x 450 mm to peg table top duly french polished complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(b) Supply and fix teak wood leg of size 30 x 50 x 380mm duly french polished with 5 mm groove on topcomplete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(c )Supply and fix teak wood top rail of size 20 x 40 x 300 mm long duly french polshed for peg table complete all as specified and as shown on drawing

(d) Supply and fix teak wood bottom rail of size 20 x 40 x 300mm duly french polished for peg tablecomplete all as specified and as shown on drawing
