Brick work in CM 1:5 mix usihg country bricks of size 8¾x4¼x23/4including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., completed

Platering with CM 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveynace and all laour charges etc., completed

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick to including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and all other labour charges etc., completed

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm in 1:3 12mm thick using WCC Including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc completed.

Pointing with CM 1:3 mix, to full depth of tiles using 10% coude oil 10% by weight of cement including cost and conveynace of all material etc., completed

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Distembering two coats with best approvde distembering including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Exterior emulsion two coats with best approvde distembering including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed

Painting two coats over oid iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost of materils and all labour charges etc., completed
