Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Vide A/R ,Page-157 sl no-35)
Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Fine dressing and turfing including transportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing the turfs in position and ramming with thappies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc complete asper direction of Engineer-in charge.
Stabilisation of in-situ (existing pavement crust) or soil or otherwise subbase/base course up to the required depth by cold in-situ recycling using cement and chemical additives/otherwise: Providing pulverizing, spreading, milling and mixing of chemical additives at the appropriate rate as per job in mix design in accordance with IRC-SP-72-2015, IRC-37-2012 & 2018 and IRC SP 89 (part-II) 2018. Cementitious additive @ rate of a minimum of 5-7% and CCS/CS additive should be spread on the existing pavement using a mobile truck mounted containerized cement/additive spreader with microprocessor-controlled weighing and spreading system including cost,conveyance,royalty of all materials required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply &Laying of SAMI lAYER on road including ,cleaning, dressing, Rolling by PTR complete in all respect as per design, drawing, and specification and as directed by EIC.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60 kg / 10 sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in charge
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.20-0.25 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom including cost, convayance, royalty, labour, T&P,as per technical specification clause 503 of MORTH and as per direction of Engineer-in charge
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
Construction of Unreinforced cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert , admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days with curing compound and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 of MORD and asper direction of Engineer-in charge.
Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M40 grade made by block making machine with strong Vibratory compaction, of approved size,design & shape,laid in required colur and pattern over and including 30mm thick complete and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all kinds of soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 of MORD specification for Rural roads includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
