Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. n. exc 10 sqm in plain and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations , footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter for fair finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS TMT bar 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders etc cut to shape requred, incl cranking spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-25 Design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, includng footings, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F structural steel as in Joist, channel, beam, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, with connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Gde Fe 410W/ E 250 quality A including welding etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel structural steel plates (plain or chequerred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade Fe-410W (Gde E 250 quality A ) including drilling, fitting, riveting and or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (incl rivet or nut and bolts) providing and fitting angle cleats Gussete plates etc also for wedging plumbing, truing up and fixingcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel structural steel work in hollow tubular square and rectangular section trusses, purlins and bracing supports etc including any special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1998 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes of any size and depth in soil, brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting anchorage bolts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exc. one brick but not exc. two brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS anchrorage bolt of length not less than 1.50m long and 20mm dia and inserted in any position filled with PCC 1:2:4 as required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick Premix ready made bituminous mixture laid over 1kg/sqm bituminous binder for repair to damaged bitumen road including well ramming and surface finishing as required and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck exceeding 5 but not exc 10 mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both end, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed baluster, walk ways, railing, framework of watertanks staging and similar work conforming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall eaves board etc., fixed with self tapping screws compete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of cap exc. 500 Ltr nexc. 1000 ltr complete as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltrs capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layer, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20mm bore old Steel water tubing and connections of all new fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 20mm dia gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in wall cladding/elevation joint free of size 300x450x7 mm thick fixed over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished with lacquer finish 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, with PVC moulding set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement in equal proportion and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 Cm thick in each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence exc 500 m but n exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.50 M above the starting point for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
