Surface dressing of ground including removing vegitation and/ or undulation of ground not exceeding 150mm deep and disposal of rubbish outside the periphery and lift up to 1800mm in all kinds of soil.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. 39.2 Supplying including installation, connection as approved by the Deptt., testing and commissioning of JET MONOBLOCK PUMP SET complete as directed and specified by the deptt. 39.2.1 1 HP single Phase jet monoblock two stage pump set (Crompton Greaves/ Aquatic/ CRI/ V-Guard make) 2900 rpm with DOL Starter ( Crompton Greaves/ Control & Switch Gear/ BCH/ L& T / Siemens make) .

Providing supervision charges etc. for LT line extensions,Service connection with APDCL 3-Phase energy meter cost etc to be paid to the APDCL.

Load Security etc to be paid to the APDCL

Any additional item not covered in BOQ , wherever required will be from the APWD Schedule of Rates for PWD Buildings (Civil works, Sanitary & Water supply works & Electrical Works ) for 2013-2014. Rate to be quoted at per or on flat percentage basis Above / below the APWD S.O.R. for 2013-2014(Civil works, Sanitary & Water supply works & Electrical Works ) and maximum estimated Provision for additional items is Rs100923.00 (Rupees one lakh nine hundred twenty three) only.
