Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating scrap and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for RCC 1:2:4 mixed with water proofing compound as in slabs supported on walls etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid under item No 6 below

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles (colour & shade as approved by GE) of size 300 x 450mmx 7-8mm thick in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado, set and jointingwith neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles , laid over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing,laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab in vertical surfaces 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing,laid over and including backing coat of cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42 x 50 mm (tolerance + 1mm) with wall thickness 2.00mm ( + 0.2mm), corners of the door frame jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical the frames re-inforced by galvanised MS tube size 19 x19 mm and 1 mm ( + 0.10mm ) wall thickness and 3 Nos. Stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with maltii chamber, frame 60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (28 mm x 21.5 mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners.
