| 9 | M&L repairs of Transformer step down 11 KV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 250 KVA, after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assy by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-intalling the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed.
