Supply, Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE cable, PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trenches/ floor/ duct/ fixed on poles/ through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of drop out (DO) fuse unit expulsion type outdoor three pole 200 Amp suitable for HT 11 KV, comprising of insulators, steel base mounting frame, GI nut bolts etc with 30A, HT barrel type fuse complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement including testing and commissioning of (GOD) gang operated type air break isolating switch horizontal/ vertical type type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 200 amps capacity and suitable for 11 KV HT supply, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of lightening arrestor Zinc oxide gap less type, station class suitable for 11 KV/ 10 KA complete with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the existing 11KV/0.433 kV distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/underground cables and earth strips etc. from any substation / locations using suitable capacity of crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs and testing of transformer; transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position and re-commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the T&P required for disonnection, connection, loading and loading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same shall be deem to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L repairs of Transformer step down 11 KV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 250 KVA, after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assy by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-intalling the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Winding wire including labour for making of coils will be measured & paid seperately.
