Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decent ring at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part there of (Plan area to be measured).

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured)

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) including making of groove of size 600 mm X 600 mm etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repairing of existing damaged RCC with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregates of 12.5 mm nominal size) of 50 to 75mm thick including demolishing RCC required manually and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including centering & shuttering and propping etc above plinth level to floor five levels & plastering on all exposed surfaces with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 fine sand ) complete as per direction of Engineer in charge up to three floor levels for all jobs.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Disposal of Mulba manually or mechanical means to approve municipal dumping ground lead more than 50 m etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
