Construction of New UPHC Building at Sunhat UPHC, under Sadar Block in the district of Balasore.

CIVIL PORTION OF THE WORK:-Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, with with earth in layers including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete

300mm dia 6.0 mtr long. Single Under ream Pile foundation with RCC-M25 using 12mm size black hard granite chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of MS/Tor steel and labour charges for cutting , bending and binding of steel.

Dismantling of Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres.

Carriage of Dismentaling materials from work site to out side with in 5 km lead and lift including all labour as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing anti-termite treatment using approved quality of chemical emulsion, spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls & floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate as directed by the manufacturer confirming to IS:6313 (Part-II) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, sundries, T&P etc. complete. (The payments shall be made on the basis of actual plinth area of the building at Ground Floor & vertical faces will not be measured for payment.) Note:- The Contractor shall have to furnish 10years Guarantee to maintain the anti-termite treated area / structures free from termite.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
