Overhauling of effluent quality monitoring system at 9 MLD STP at RAMPURA ROAD ,SAFFIDON for online (continuous)measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS),Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD),Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD)by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV –VIS range performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of sensor / analyser ,signal cables complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender: a) Multi –parameter measuring converter,for connecting the desired sensors .Scope includes output by 4-20mA or RS 485 Modbus Digital output,wide –range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of then UV –VIS range, for measurement in the outlet/effluent/municipal waste water treatment plant of 9 MLD STP at RAMPURA ROAD ,SAFFIDON with integrated with automatic cleanings b) Robust digital pH sensor with built-in temperature sensor and automatic Temperature compensation (ACT). Cable length 10 Meter (minimum). c) The Sensors should be IP68. Cable length 10 meter (minimum). (as per analysis) (Make – ( ALTOZ AUTOMATION,, AQUADAX, FLICKCON )

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of Remote Terminal Unit with power analyzer having inbuilt GSM/ GPRS modem. RTU suitable for multi parameter for transferring data to HPSC/PHED complete in all respect. (Make-:- Altoz Automation , AQUADAX, FLICKCON with one year warranty)

Installation and accessories like Cabling as per site requirements, Panel Box etc.. Customization and programming of analyzer, Configurations as per site requirements and making connection with the existing SCADA software, Head Office, HSPCB and CPCB to the satisfaction of Engineering In-charge, including one year maintenance charges

Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB Servers during for 1 year
