To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work such as One similar Work of value not less than Rs.2.92 Lakhs.

A copy of the valid KPWD Class IV and Above Registration Certificate

Valid GST Registration Certificate and the specimen signature of Authorized person should be enclosed.

The contractor should attach their recent correct portal address, Phone No. & mail address

Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.7.14Lakhs

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate- liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 1.75 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.
