The intending bidder should have satisfactorily executed and completed as a prime contractor of at least one contract pertaining to Routine, Breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipments (like Wagon Tipplers/Primary Crushers/Secondary Crushers/Stacker cum Reclaimers/Travelling Tippers) and or operation of dust suppression pumps or / supply, erection & commissioning of dust suppression pumps/ in any thermal power plant of capacity 210 MW or above of value not less than Rs.20.22 lakhs (Excluding of GST) in any one financial year during the preceding five years. The intended bidder shall upload the scanned copy of original satisfactory work done certificate from Govt Organisation/reputed private organization issued by competent authority in any of the preceding five years. (Work done of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.)
The intending bidder in his name should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 40.43 lakhs (Excluding of GST) in any of the two years of preceding five years and should upload the scanned copy of original latest audited balance sheets including profit and loss account for preceding five completed financial years countersigned by charted accountant as documentary evidence.(Financial turnover of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited).
The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 5 years.
