Maintenance and Payment of electrical consumption charges of street lighting on PWD North West Roads under NWED. (SH Laying of Cable and Pipe at Kanjhawala Road and Sarai Rohilla, Delhi).

Dismantling of existing overhead XLPE aluminium cable with the help of tower wagon and skilled labour & same will be laying in underground DWC pipe as reqd i/c jointing termination of cable with suitable size thimble at both end etc as required complete at site.

Supply and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated aluminium conductor unarmoured multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting on existing poles i/c providing suitable lugs connections etc. completed as reqd. a) 3 core 4 sq.mm

Supplying and Laying of XLPE, Aluminium armoured conductor cable in the existing pipe as reqd i/c termination of cable with suitable size thimble at both end etc as required complete at site. a) 4 x 16 sq.mm

Cutting of R.C.C. etc for laying DWC Pipe upto depth of 30 cm work, cutting by machine including making good as same as with RMC M- 25 grade earlier i/c taking out and laying existing CC intelocking paver block of any design/shape from footpath / central verge without broken the paver block and removing and laying with the safety and disposal of unserviceable materials (Malba, debris etc) to suitable area at the same day and site will be neat and clean as per direction of Engineer - in- charge etc as required complete at site & no extra payment for any other item shall be paid by department.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. a) bituminous portion

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/in pipe / in trench for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recess conduit / submain wiring / cable as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'B' class medium duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : a) 65 mm
