Clearing and grubbing roads and land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Carriage of unserviceable materials away from work site by mechanical means including loading & unloading and disposing the same within a lead of 5 km with hire running charges of all machineries, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Dismating and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m.lead etc complete.

Removing old lime & cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50m lead etc complete.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete.

Providing Fly-Ash Brick masonry work in Superstructure using Fly-Ash Bricks of size 250mm x 120mm x80mm in cement mortar (1:6) including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, labour cess, scaffolding, curing for required period, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 65mm X 125mm factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Providing 4cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm & 4.7mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of slab including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete old work with chicken wire mesh.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height etc. complete.

Finishing the wall with Cement based wall Putty of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive the painting including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, cess, T&P, etc. all complete.

Priming with one coat of water bound cement primer of approved quality and make including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, make and shade to give an even surface including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with two coats of Weather Coat of approved quality, make and shade to give an even surface including the cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and shade on Iron / Wood Works including the cost of sand papering, surface polishing, cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P, etc. all complete.
