Weekly cleaning and sweeping of the DDA Utsav Sthal, including collection and removal of rubbish, garbage, dead animals, and all other sweeping material lying on the ground area, and disposal of the same to the designated nearby dustbin/dhalao for all leads and lifts, by deploying the required manpower with necessary tools and plants (T&P), complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and sweeping of roads, road berms, and the premises outside the Utsav Sthal before and after the organization of functions, including collection and disposal of sweeping material, sludge, rubbish, garbage, dead small animals, and other refuse to the designated dustbin/dhalao for all leads and lifts, by deploying safai karamcharis along with necessary tools and plants (T&P), complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and sweeping of the function site thoroughly after completion of the event, including collection and removal of used items, rubbish, garbage, and all other waste or sweeping material left at the site; filling of excavated pits, trenches, or potholes; stacking of brick bats and other reusable/stackable materials; and disposal of all unserviceable waste to the designated nearby dustbin/dhalao or MCD dumping point for all leads and lifts, by deploying the required manpower with necessary tools and plants (T&P), complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
