Material and labour for cross arms bracings, stiffeners supports, D-clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section Grade of Fe-290 (Grade E-165) such as channel angle iron, flat iron, eye hook, pole clamps etc including nuts bolts washer, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any clamp or size including 2 coat of aluminium paint (under and finished coat) over a coat of primer red oxide after prepration of steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Painting of street light steel pole of 9 mtr long, flat iron clamps, Junction boxes of security lights on poles fabricated from mild steel including nuts, bolts, washers, with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning/ removal of dust etc. for preparation of steel surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles etc including weathering slightly roundded or chamfered angle and throating necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre stressed concrete poles LT 9 Mtr long 102mmx 172mm at top and 102 mmx279 mm at bottom class-10 complying with requirement of 15 1678-1978 including painting of pole with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 Mtr height from the top of PCC coping and numberintg of poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. The DBs shall be of IP-43 protection class, and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The portion of GI strip burried in ground shall be protected by providing GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for repairing LT panel board by necessary welding to door hinges, and fixing the sliding bolt for proper locking arrangement and making all electical connection including replacement of rubber beading spray painting to the electrical panel by scraping old paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
