Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block,roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, haunching water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
