RAW WATER: Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of Horizontal submersible pumping set for Clear water having head 45 m as per the indicated requirements of discharge in LPM and power capacity in 50 BHP as per IS Marked 3000 LPM x 45 m head complete in all respect.

Providing and executing balance civil, sanitary, plumbing and allied works of the existing building, including providing and fixing doors and windows complete with frames, shutters, glazing, hinges, locks, handles, tower bolts and all necessary fittings and fixtures: providing and applying three coats of lime wash and waterproof cement paint to internal and external surfaces including necessary surface preparation: providing, fabricating and fixing MS railing of approved design including primer and enamel painting: providing and laying vitrified/ceramic floor tiles including preparation of base, bedding, cutting, jointing, grouting and finishing: providing and fixing complete sanitary installations including WC, wash basin, CP fittings, taps, traps, waste/soil pipes, valves and all necessary accessories: providing, laying and fixing internal water supply and plumbing arrangements including CPVC/PPR/GI pipes, fittings, valves, connections and accessories: carrying out necessary plastering, brick masonry and finishing works: and all other miscellaneous civil and allied works required for completion of the balance works, including materials, labour, carriage, loading, unloading, scaffolding, tools and plants, water, consumables and all incidental works, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, fabricating, installing, testing and commissioning of balance mechanical, electrical, piping and allied works for the 1 MLD Water Treatment Plant, including providing and fixing M.S. rail/track and M.S. wheel assembly for rotating bridge of clariflocculator, complete with mild steel sections, cutting, welding, grinding, fasteners, nuts, bolts, clamps and allied fittings: providing and fixing stainless steel agitator/clariflocculator railing complete with supports and fixing arrangements: providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of stainless steel agitators for alum solution tank, flash mixer tank, clariflocculator tank and other specified units, complete with worm reduction gear box, suitable motor, coupling, shaft, base frame, nuts, bolts and all allied accessories: providing, installing, testing and commissioning of required capacity sludge pumps and motors for sludge handling and overhead backwash tank applications, complete with pump-motor sets, couplings, base frames, mounting arrangements, electrical wiring/connections, controls and accessories: providing and installing chain assembly, sleepering, shock absorbers and electrical fittings in the central shaft of clariflocculator/associated mechanism, complete with all necessary materials and accessories: providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of required capacity air blowers complete with motors, base frames, inlet and outlet connections, air filters, silencers, vibration isolators, flexible connections, electrical connections and all allied accessories: providing, supplying, laying, installing, testing and commissioning of uPVC pipe fittings and complete piping accessories including bends, tees, reducers, couplers, unions, elbows, sockets, end caps, flanges, adaptors, valves, solvent cement, supports, clamps and jointing materials: providing, supplying, laying, installing, testing and commissioning of G.I. pipes and fittings for blower air lines and sludge tank connections, including elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, unions, nipples, flanges, bends, valves, clamps, supports, fasteners, jointing materials and painting/touch-up of cut surfaces: providing, supplying, laying, installing, testing and commissioning of DI/CI pipes, specials and fittings complete with resilient seated sluice valves of approved make and suitable size and pressure rating, including bends, tees, reducers, collars, dismantling joints, flanged adaptors, puddle flanges, nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets, supports, anchor blocks and all necessary jointing materials and accessories, including hydraulic testing and commissioning: providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of complete gas chlorination system suitable for operation with 100 kg chlorine cylinders, including chlorinator, vacuum regulator, gas dosing unit, ejector/injector, rotameter, pressure gauges, gas filter, manifold, non-return valves, flexible pigtail connections, mounting arrangements, interconnecting pipelines, leak-proof joints and all necessary electrical/control accessories: providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of floor-mounted Main Control Panel for complete operation and control of the 1 MLD Water Treatment Plant, complete with CRCA sheet steel enclosure, powder-coated finish, MCCB/MCB incomer and outgoing feeders, copper busbars, contactors, overload relays, motor protection relays, DOL/star-delta starters/VFDs wherever required, selector switches, push buttons, indicating lamps, digital voltmeter, ammeter with selector switches, internal wiring, control wiring, interconnections and all necessary electrical and protection accessories, suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply and for operation and protection of all associated plant equipment: providing, supplying, loading, unloading, stacking, laying and commissioning of filter media for rapid gravity filters comprising graded silica sand, graded gravel support media and anthracite wherever specified, including washing, grading, placing in filter beds to specified depths and levels, testing and commissioning: including all materials, labour, skilled and unskilled manpower, transportation, loading, unloading, carriage, tools and plants, lifting arrangements, scaffolding, consumables, fasteners, supports, electrical connections, testing instruments, trial run, hydraulic testing, calibration, testing and commissioning and all other incidental works necessary for satisfactory and complete execution of the balance works of the 1 MLD Water Treatment Plant, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, technical specifications, relevant IS/IEC standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
