ONLINE UPS 15 KVA FOR RECORD OFFICE SERVER ROOM HQ CE WC
Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 15 KVA true online UPS on main incoming by dismantling old provision, Input voltage 415 V +-10% and output voltage 230 V AC, 50Hz, Pure Sine wave, continious duty with minimum 0.8PF, IGBT based double conversion technology, microprocessor controlled digital LED display, three phase input and single phase output system, with inbuilt isolation transformer providing, advance battery management with minimum 60 minutes backup with Sealed maintenance free batteries of 65 Ah each, total minimum 15000 VAH, batteries to be provided battery cabinets (Make of batteries :Quanta / Exide/Amco/ Delta), cold start function, proper arrangement of batteries on heavy duty rack along with copper intelinks,Rectifier o/p short circuit protection, inverter output short circuit protection, over voltage protection complete all as specified and directed. Certificate from manufacture regarding 2 Years Warranty has to be submitted for both UPS and batteries. Make of UPS:- Emerson/APC/Delta-Ultron Note: 1. Battery AH calculation sheet for backup time shall be submitted. 2. Complete maintenance and service manuals shall be supplied along with the UPS. 3. Load test shall be demonstrated at the user site during commissioning, on full load for specified backup time. 4. Performance Guarantee against 2 Years Warranty of UPS and batteries shall have to be submitted by the contractor in form of FDR for Rs 25000.00. 5. Quarterly visit by the technician in respect of proper working and normal maintenance of the system for 2 years. 6. TAXES:The suppliers all quote rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of all taxes/Cesses viz GST. If order Rs 2.5 Lac and above inclusive all taxes i.e. TDS, Income Tax and GST as applicable.
