Regular/Bulk order:- (i) Bulk procurement will be made from the firms who have successfully supplied and installed the AC duct against regular order to train sets of speeds of 160 KMPH or more. OR Bulk procurement will be made from the firms who have successfully supplied and installed the AC duct against regular order to metro coaches/export air conditioned coaches at least 50 coach set. OR Bulk procurement will be made from the firms who have successfully supplied and installed the ac duct for LHB air conditioned coaches to ICF/RCF/MCF against regular order and firm should have supplied at least 50 coach sets of ac duct for LHB air conditioned coaches during the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender. Document to be submitted: Receipt notes / receipt challan / invoices / the certificate from ICF/RCF/MCF / the certificate from coach builder or end user shall be submitted along with the offer. Self-certification will not be considered. Prototype is required before bulk supply.
