Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Tribe reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The bid is to be submitted through GOK kppp platform www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in only.

Tenderers who have not registered in the GOK kppp portal should be registered through web site www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in

The Tenderer should obtain tender documents through kppp web site www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in at free of cost. Additional conditions and informations also can be obtained through the above mentioned website.

Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost should be beared by the contractor.

Tender application cost will not be refundable or exchangeable in case of cancellation of tender.

All materials should be in good quality as per specification, quality certificate for the same should be obtained from the concerned authority at their own cost.

Contractor should made an agreement within 20 days of tender acceptance date and work should be carried out with in the 1 week time after agreement. If not tender will be cancelled at the contractors own risk and cost.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

The Executive Engineer, PRE SIRSI Division, SIRSI invites tenders from eligible tenderers, who have been registered in KPWD with kppp portal for the construction of works

If the rates quoted by the Contractor is lesser than the amount put to tender, the difference cost (Additional Security Deposit) should be paid by the contractor, through FDR in the favour of Executive Engineer at the time of Agreement.

GST Shall be paid to the tendered amount separately

Bidder can access tender documents on the website, fill them and submit the completed tender document into electronic tender on the website https://www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in/ after submitting the EMD and tender processing fee in the form of e-payment.

The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintenance period from the contractor for the above works is 1 year from the date of completion of work.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity should be not less than Rs: 8.24 lakhs

Turn over Certificate should be enclosed for the last previous 5 years from charted accountant in singal page and achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover is equal or above of Rs: 8.24 lakhs

Line of credit : Liquid assets and or availabilty of credit facilties of not less than 30% of the amount of contract ie, Rs: 2.47 lakhs

nature of work : Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one work such as Any Type of Civil work of value not less than 25% of the cost of work i.e., Rs. 2.06 lakhs during last five years.
