Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. : (i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

(ii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform Shelves (Cast in situ).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. NOTE- (1) Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. (2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS : 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 -2000 in the items of BMC and RMC. All works up to Plinth level including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

All works above plinth & up to floor V level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soiling propoerly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and kharanja stone ( finished work i.c material and labour).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent

P/f Synergy make 50mm thick PUF insulated wall panel made on automatic cotinuous line with 0.45mm PPGI sheet on both side Polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436:1988 having density of 40+- 2kg/m3. The pre coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS 277:1992. The panels will be vertically jaoined together by tongue and groove joints.

P/f Synergy make roof panel made on automatic continuous line with 0.45mm PPGI sheet on both side of Polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436: 1988 having density of 40+- 2kg/m3 with external face being corrugated in shape. The crest height of the panel will be 40mm & 250mm c/c pithc. The pre coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995and have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS 277:1992. The roof panel are laid over a steel frame work using self-drilling screw with rubber washer including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

All accessories like U flashings, (Internal and external are made of PPGI sheet roofing (same as wall/ roof) i/c fixing harware like rivets, silicon sealant, fasteners etc. Gutter will be in 0.5mm thick PPGI sheet with 110mm dia PVC down take pipe down take pipe along with all fixing accesories. The sun shade will be max 300mm projected from wall and maximum 150mm wider from the width.

Aluminium doors with extruded built up standard tubularsections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, i/c necessary filling up the gaps at juctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with requried EPDM rubber/ neoprwne gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever requried i/c all accessories. SIze of door mention below:- (i) Single leaf door 900 x 2100mm

(ii) Single leaf door 750 x 2100mm

Aluminium windows horizontal 2 tracks, 5mm glass panel with aluminium extruded built up section, standard tubular sections/Z sections conforming to alloy 63400 WP, as per IS 733: 1983 (reaffirmed 2006) & IS 1285:2002 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, botton and sides with requried PVC/Neoprene felt sliding whels, corning make EPDM gasket, brush rubber, Ramson lock, handle, rawl plugs, fasteners, clip, guides, aluminium snap beading/ angle cleats etc. size of window as per below:- (i) Sliding window 1200 x 1200mm including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/f of corrugated deck sheet 0.8mm thick with 51mm depth and 120 GSM zinc coating. Foam concrete will be in client scope including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/f of 8mm thick PVC laminated false ceiling tile of size 600x600mm laid on pre coated galvanized steel grid in white color. Grid i/c main runners, cross tee etc. PVC laminated false ceiling 600x600x8mm including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Soil & waste line providing with 75 & 100mm dia. PVC pipe with all fixture (Bend, Tee) as per drawing up to first main hole, water supply pipe line 20/25/35mm thick CPVC pipe with all fixture (Bend, elbow, wall ball, Tee) up tp one meter to plinth. Wash basin with accessories along with pedestal, WC with Health Faucet, Shower in bathroom (Main hole & GT in client scope) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
